What a Bicycle Service Covers

A typical visit begins with a bicycle intake and mechanical inspection. We review the condition of the frame, brakes, gears, tyres, and other working parts before explaining what needs attention.

If service is needed, we confirm the scope and quote before any work begins. This keeps the process clear and helps you decide between essential repairs and optional maintenance.

Clear inspection first, then approved work only.

Cycle Craft handles routine servicing, repairs, and component checks for everyday riders, families, and leisure cyclists.

Our workshop covers safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Replacement parts are quoted separately and depend on compatibility and availability.

After repair and adjustment, each bicycle goes through a quality check and a service summary at collection. We also offer walk-in puncture assessment and compatibility checks for replacement components where needed.
